College Day this year is celebrated very differently. For the first time, we had e-celebrations via our school website and our Facebook page.

This year, we are honored to have Prof Tan Huay Cheem as our Guest of Honour. Prof Tan graduated from NJC in 1981 and was the College’s Symphonic Band member. He is the Director of National University Heart Centre, Singapore (NUHCS); Senior Consultant Cardiologist at the National University Hospital and Professor of Medicine with Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore.

We want to also express our immerse gratitude to Associate Professor Ho Hwee Long for his unwavering passion and mentorship who has deeply inspired many batches of our NJC Band members for the past 51 years.

We also celebrated the achievements of our students as well as recognised teachers for their long service.
