We are glad to have Mr Masagos Zulkifli, Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, as our Guest-of-Honour on the occasion of our 50th College Day on 4 May, 2019. Mr Masagos reminisced about his time as a student of NJC, as Quartermaster of the Symphonic Band, and opened our new Agri-Tech Facility, a research facility for students to pioneer food security and sustainability. The new Agri-Tech Research Facility, comprising two greenhouses, two climate-controlled containers and an open-air growing area in a school compound, provides the space and support for the growing interest within NJC and in Singapore on food security and sustainable food.
